Every piece at Ever Cherish Jewelry, is lovingly crafted just for you. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect--we will remake or replace it at no charge. Just reach out to us at Support@evercherishjewelry.com and we'll make it right.

 Because each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personalization entered at checkout, or sizing choices. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

Made-To-Order & Personalized Items

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Entering the wrong personalization details
  • Choosing the wrong size, style, or color
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Although every order is carefully produced and inspected, rare issues may occur.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem, if possible

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or remake at no extra charge if the issue is confirmed to be related to production, printing, personalization, or fulfillment.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Because our jewelry is made to order and many items are personalized, we cannot issue refunds when the issue is not due to an error on our part or our fulfillment partner’s part.

This includes mistakes made during checkout, such as incorrect names, dates, messages, shipping addresses, or other personalization details entered by the customer.

Remakes and Replacements

If your order qualifies, we will work with our production partner to provide a remake or replacement. A remake may be approved for situations such as:

  • Damaged item upon arrival
  • Incorrect product received
  • Printing or engraving error
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Item quality issue confirmed through review

We reserve the right to request photos or additional information before approving a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered because each item is custom-made. However, in rare or extreme cases, a refund may be reviewed, such as:

  • An order cannot be fulfilled or replaced
  • A product has been discontinued and no replacement is available
  • A confirmed fulfillment issue cannot be resolved
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is confirmed

Refund decisions are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Because production may begin quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. In some cases, we may recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most order issues can be resolved through our support process with a remake, replacement, or other suitable solution when applicable.
